Visited Eesti Raudtee with the amazing ladies from TechDrink.
It was a truly insightful experience — meaningful conversations with IT and HR leaders, diving into the atmosphere of one of Estonia’s most iconic companies, and hearing firsthand about the challenges they face, how they tackle them, and how they approach learning and development across a large and diverse team — including employees who, to me, represent the Silvers generation.

These kinds of visits are a great idea. They offer a behind-the-scenes look at how businesses really work, open your eyes to new perspectives, and inspire the creation of products that truly meet the needs of today’s world.

I’ve spent the past six months participating in the Garage48 incubation program. Even with my extensive business experience, this journey turned out to be incredibly valuable.

It brought relevant learning, professional advice from mentors deeply involved in the field, a steady pace that kept me on my toes, and inspiring conversations and support from fellow participants.

It all started with the idea of Blue Koht, born at Saka Manor. Five months later, it evolved into Silvers Club — the concept expanded, new features were added, the platform became an app project, unnecessary things were left behind, and the essentials crystallized.

It was a powerful training that pushed my personal boundaries and helped me focus on what truly matters — turning vision into reality.

I dare to hope that the feedback we received during Demo Day was genuine and confirms the growing need for such a product. It felt especially rewarding that Silvers Club was recognized with a certificate at Impact Day — because making an impact, especially on how we view age as an art form, is exactly what I intend to do.

Yes, it’s a little bittersweet to see the program come to an end. But we all know — when one door closes, another opens.
And I’m ready.

Hoolest – A concept focusing on supporting women in preventing burnout and developing self-care skills. Program combines movement in nature, coaching, recovery practices, and mindful beauty care. It helps women find balance, strengthen confidence, and form healthy habits—both mentally and physically.
3Dizi Printing Studio – A new creative studio offering 3D modeling, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and 3D printing. Their creations include lighting fixtures, toys, technical parts, and models of buildings and nature.

It is impossible to launch a large project without investment, and it is good that there are banks with direct support for small businesses!

The aim of the Empowering Women entrepreneurship programme is to educate and inspire women who would like to start a business outside of the larger Estonian cities. Statistically, far fewer women than men start a business, and we want to change this situation in cooperation with the Garage48 hackathon series. The aim of the programme is to equip women with the basic knowledge and business contacts they need to start a business. In addition, both trainers and Estonian female entrepreneurs share experiences and advice on how to apply for funding."

On 17 September 2026, the public tender for innovative solutions to engage people aged 50 and over, organised on behalf of the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs, was cancelled. Our project was among the proposals submitted.

According to the contracting authority, the budget allocated to the project funding the tender is being reduced, and the Ministry cannot cover the costs from other sources. As a result, the evaluation of proposals cannot continue, and the planned innovation partnership contracts cannot be concluded or implemented.

A total of 13 proposals were submitted. The cancellation applies to the entire tender and is due to insufficient funding.

Unfortunately, our project cannot be implemented under this tender. We thank everyone who contributed to its preparation and supported our work.
